I will continue the post of 8 spec where I left off.

5. Award winning career

 

These days, there are lots of contest about idea, design, public relations and so on. By doing this, companies get an idea concerning about new business and applicants get an opportunity to demonstrate their ability and originality. Therefore, with award winning career, companies evaluate their ability and originality.


6. Language study abroad

 

Most of students go abroad for language training for about 6 - 12 months. However, if you go studying abroad just because of following what others do, it can be only a waste of time and money. It is important to set up a one's purpose of studying abroad, then it could be not only improving one's ablity in English but very special experience.


7. Volunteer activity

Seventh one of 8 spec is volunteer activity. The situation that volunteer activity is belong to 8 spec looks ironical and makes it less meaningful. However, companies try to evaluate this part to mark the difference because there are so many applicants who have similar qualifications. It would be better to be a profound moral obligation not ready for a job preparation.


8. Internship

 

I think it is a key point of 8 spec, internship. It is an experience that you work in the company for 3 - 6 months in advance. By doing this, you can acknowledge whether you are suitable for the position or not and learn about working process. Therefore, it is good for both you and the company. In fact, lots of companies prefer to employ a person who has internship experience, so it can be a key point of 8 spec.


Until now, we examine closely about 8 spec (qualification) of applicants. It is not essential points for application, but it can be a shortcut to recruitment. Therefore, prepare your qualification in a calm and orderly way.
